95 / 100"From the organic farmed estate vines of the Martin family in Murrumbateman. Matured in old puncheons and foudre. Oh, beautiful. With concentration but coolness. Like a chamomile tea-soaked flannel on the eyes after too much sun. Red fruit, ripe and rich in the mix, floral lift, meadow herbs and fennel with gentle cinnamon spice notes – wonderful characters for scents and flavours. It feels sleek and lengthy, gentle but with a building framework of fine tannin lacing it all together. Superb."

Tasting Notes
Sourced from organic vineyards, bu the Martin family in Murrumbateman. Matured in old puncheons and foudre.
This is a wine that that exudes aromatic elegance, enticing scents of red and black fruits, with hints of spice and a floral lift from the addition of Viognier. This also boasts a beautifully balanced palate. The tannins are soft and supple, with just enough structure to give the wine depth and dimension. The flavours of dark fruit, spice, and pepper are perfectly balanced with a hint of oak, which adds an extra layer of complexity and richness to the wine.
