Tasting Notes
Saltram founded in 1844 by William Salter, is a Barossa Valley winery with a century of history. The first vineyard was planted in 1859 and the first commercial vintage was produced in 1862. They mainly produce Shiraz and Cabernet. Today Saltram are best known for their 'Pepperjack' range.
