Tasting Notes
Energising, citrus-laden organic white from Sicily.
Grown between 460-600m Altitude as Alberello (bush) vines on sandy, chalky soils. The wine is luminous pale with almost green tinges. Very floral and expressive of lemon rind and oils a swell as softer apple notes. The palate is dry and intense with repeating flavours of various citrus fruits. Finishes stony, saline and with good persistency.
