Tasting Notes
Rich, honeyed, buttery bouquet, ripe stone fruit, dried apricot, toasty notes tapping in, honey. Palate is concentrated, quite powerful, toasty again, clove/cinnamon spice on apricot, showing light chalky notes and a zing of citrusy acidity. It’s a bold style, done pretty well here. - Mike Bennie
